Spitzer Racquet Club

Our previous OC Supervisor, Todd Spitzer (now OC District Attorney), assured me that he would not approve a rezoning to 10,000 sf lots on the Racquet Club site. The 10,000 sf lots was an early concept of the developer. Now, the developer has submitted a far more egregious proposal to build high density housing on the site. The zoning of the neighboring properties is a minimum of 20,000 sf.
